We had a very successful sale last Saturday. About 1800 advance order plants were picked up and another 1250 were sold. Thank you to everyone who bought plants and a special thanks to all the people who volunteered to help with the sale. It wouldn't have been possible without you.
We still have several hundred plants left, and we're having half off sale Saturday May 18th from 10am to 12 noon.
- All tomatoes, pepper and basil plants will be $2. You can see a list of everything we at half price here.
- Named and sprouted single dahlia tubers are $3 apiece and four for $10.
- Potted dahlias and Siberian iris are $6 per pot and two for $10.
The sale will be held at Dawn Farm, 6633 Stony Creek Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48197. Everything will be in the hoophouse behind the gray residential building.

Most of the sites listed above have limited availability. All other sites are full. Check back to see if any sites not listed open up. You can also send an email to info@projectgrowgardens.org to be put on the waitlist. Be sure to tell us which site you prefer and an alternate.

Wait List - Project Grow maintains a wait list for new gardeners unable to get a plot at their desired site, and returning gardeners who want more space than they now have. Because life circumstances change, we do not carry this list forward year to year. If you are interested in a different site, or more space at your current site, please tell us each year when you register.
Tomato Tasting 2023
We have a great turnout for Project Grow's Tomato Tasting held August 19 at County Farm Park. Project Grow has been holding these tastings since 2001. With the exception of one year when blight wiped a lot of us out and of course that pandemic, we think this gathering was our 20th.
Thank you to everyone that participated. This includes the gardeners that donated over 60 different varieties to taste, the gardeners who prepped the tomatoes to sample, the gardeners who helped set up and tear down and all the people who were there to sample an amazing variety of offerings. If the name of your favorite variety is on the tip of your tongue, look over the list below to secure space for it in your garden next year. Check the website for more photos of the event.

What We Do
Project Grow provides Ann Arbor–area residents with the space, know-how, and inspiration to grow their own fresh, organic food. Gardens are located throughout the community, many near public transportation, so you can choose a site that's close to home. Project Grow identifies under-developed land, arranges for its use, and maintains it as part of our network of community gardens. We provide raised beds and programs for children, seniors, and gardeners with disabilities, so everyone can participate!
Project Grow is a private, non-profit organization that relies on the support of our community for volunteer help, equipment donations, and funding. Please get involved, and grow with us!
